New travel restrictions by Slovenian government due to COVID-19 which are enforcing quarantine for Slovenian citizens returning from Croatia unfortunately mean that the race in Croatia can\u2019t be included in Unior DH Cup and Slovenian Cup points series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
By \u201cred listing\u201d Croatia due to increased number of coronavirus cases traveling and returning from Croatia became much more complicated or close to impossible. Thus we were forced to decision that Downhill Tr\u0161\u0107e (to be held on August 30) can\u2019t be include in this year\u2019s Unior Downhill Cup series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Together with organizers we failed to find a later date to hold the event and the situation may not be any better later anyway. So the organizers decided to hold the race on August 30 as Croatian National Championships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new Slovenian regulation, in force from tonight, August 24, enforces a quarantine for all Slovenian citizens returning from Slovenia. Exceptions include professional athletes and their support personnel, taking part in international events (in this case part of UCI calendar), but they should all provide a negative COVID-19 test upon their return to Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teams or riders who can make it to DH Tr\u0161\u0107e 2020 are kindly invited to do so! Right after this season finishes we will be talking do DH Tr\u0161\u0107e organizers about cooperation in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
